Practise in a quiet space inside or outside in a private garden

A one-to-one class can be hugely beneficial to your own practice:

 

  • More hands-on adjustments

  • Sequences specifically designed for your needs (injuries etc.)

  • Developing routines for your day-day life

  • Showing how to adapt or modify positions in more detail

  • Gaining a deeper understanding of Yoga

  • Longer class options (1hr-1 hr 30 mins)

  • Times suited to your day (morning, afternoon or evening)

  • Less inhibitions about practising different Yoga positions

  • Gaining confidence in your body
