Elise Beechen's Spring Yoga Retreat, Ufton Court, May 2015

Since being back in the UK, I have been fortunate enough to teach Yoga and train alongside Elise Beechen in the local Reading community.

 

Here are some pictures of the retreat in May 2015 at a stunning, grade II listed Elizabethan Manor House. Highlights included: Indian head massage, indoor/outdoor Yoga, laughter & creative writing workshops, a campfire, historical tours and meditative walks.
